NHS Emergency Appointments

Our emergency phone lines are open from 8.30 - 9.30am Monday to Friday for our NHS patients experiencing dental pain or problems. If you are a NHS patient with us with a serious dental issue then please call us between these hours. Patients are triaged and offered an appointment based on clinical need. If your condition does not require urgent same-day emergency treatment but does still need to be treated, we will endeavour to book you an appointment in the coming days or weeks. If you are not a NHS patient with us then please call 111 for your dental emergency.

Existing Private Patient Emergency Appointments

In emergency cases for existing private patients during opening hours we offer an emergency appointment at £60 to diagnose and assess. If further treatment is required there will be an additional fee, which will be discussed with you by the dentist on the day of your appointment. To secure an emergency existing patient appointment we require the fee of £60 when booking.

Practice Plan Patient Emergency Appointments

In emergency cases for practice plan patients during opening hours we offer an emergency appointment at £60, to diagnose, assess and x-ray as required. If further treatment is needed there will be an additional fee which will be discussed with you by the dentist on the day of your appointment. You will receive your 20% discount on any further in-surgery treatment. As a Plan member you also are entitled to out-of-hours dental emergency cover.
